Refund Policy applies to all coaching services provided by Pharmacareer, referred to as "we," "us," or "our," to our clients, referred to as "the Client."

Refund Eligibility

Our goal is to provide valuable career coaching services to help clients achieve their career goals in the pharmaceutical industry. If a client is not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund options:

Full Refund: Clients may request a full refund of their coaching fees within 30 days of the initial coaching session if they are not satisfied with the services received. This request must be made in writing via email to [].

Pro-Rated Refund: If a client is not satisfied with our services after the initial session and wishes to discontinue further coaching, they may request a pro-rated refund for unused sessions. The pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions used versus the total number of sessions purchased.

No-Refund Exceptions: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of the initial coaching session. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for sessions that have already been conducted.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests will be reviewed within 07 business days, and clients will receive a response regarding the outcome of their request.

Payment methods for Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the client when initially purchasing coaching services. If that payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Client no-shows or missed coaching sessions without prior notice.

  • Terminating services after 15 days from the initial coaching session.

  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control, such as changes in personal circumstances or career decisions made by the client.
